The Boy’s first T-Ball game was last Saturday. They won. But were you expecting something less than excellence? The team we played was so freaking small. Everyone had a great time and below is a pic of the team that the mothers (The Wife) had to take. Funny thing though is the three boys on the far right are all cousins and the picture was supposed to be only them. But the rest of the team wanted to be in on it.

It’s Home! It’s Home! Oh happy days it’s home. I’m so excited that I can barely contain myself. What should I play first? Call of Duty, Guitar Hero. Should I play some Halo? It really doesn’t matter. Because its home and its working and I can play anything I want! Happy freaking day!

Now if you don’t mind I am going to go and jam out to some Def Leppard

Ever since we got the satellite radio I have been discovering new music. Before this new fancy way of listening to radio I would scan the AM side of the radio. This is because I have pretty much convinced myself that everything on the FM radio dial is crap. From the album rock station to the country station, they all play the same crap over and over and over. Then if you are lucky to hear new music, it sound just like the crap they just played. The only difference is the name of the band/artist changed. But the sound and style of music is identical.
The one station that I did really enjoy ended up going under due to operation costs. It was a privately owned station based in Oxford Ohio call WOXY or 97x. It was made famous in Rain Man when Dustin Hoffman repeats the tag line, “97x, BAM the future of Rock and Roll” they played nothing but the small and obscure. So when they went off air i was lost and the only radio bliss i could find was on the am dial listing to the talk.
But now, I am able to hear new and fun music. Bands like Spoon, and Vampire Weekend. It’s so good that I am loving life!

With all the new music I’m finding in the world, I have been using my iBook more and more on the battery. After doing this I notice that after 2 years of service it finally died. It won’t take a charge and if it does it wont hold it either. Lucky enough, my battery was covered under the exchange program apple has going on. Apparently they are having some small issues with the batteries for the iBook and the Powerbook. Something to do with them exploding or catching fire or something. I don’t really know the details about it. So, free battery for me!
Now after reading this you need to go and download some tracks from My Morning Jacket, Spoon, and Vampire Weekend.

My weekend rocked! I got to finish cleaning the garage and was able to put up the dart board that i have been want to do for so long. I also did the fence line of the back yard. You see, we live in the ghetto and the folk that owned the house before us allowed a bunch of shit trees to grow on the fence line. As the trees grew the also grew into the fence. Why didn’t they cut them down you ask. Well probably because they smoked to much crack to care and it just got worse with time. But they have been cut down for the most part and all that is left is what is around my garage. I figured I would make this a two weekend job and give the garbage men a break with the branch bundles.
What else has you geeked, you ask? Well my Xbox is being returned this week! HELL YEAH! I have been going thru some serious withdrawal. I can already hear the gun blasts and grenades explosions now. Lets not forget Guitar Hero also. I have some major catch up to do. I’m sure my fingers and technique has gotten rusty in the week and a half that it has been gone. But we will find out this week won’t we?
