If anyone wants to donate a MacBook Air to me, please dont hesitate. I could and would put this fine piece of computing art to work everyday. Oh how i love Apple and Macs.

With this whole writers strike thing going on, it has put a damper on The Wife’s and my evening entertainment. While there are a few new episodes of the shows we enjoy left. There won’t be enough to keep the evenings entertaining. Of course we could think of things to do. But that is how we got Little Man, and we really don’t need another one of them now do we?

So while this whole thing is going on with the writers, we’ve started to watch DVD sets of series we missed either by scheduling conflicts or just never heard of them. Like now we are watching Season 1 and 2 of Veronica Mars. We started watching Miss Mars in the second season when it was on TV, so seeing the first season has been great. But now we are into season two and have been seeing lots of episodes we have already saw. What we are really looking forward to is the third season. Thats because after they did the UPN and WB to CW thing we got cheated out of the last few episodes.

There is a new show (well new to me anyway) that we are going to watch after the veronica series called Firefly. I have already seen the first two episodes of this show and i have to say. This is a kick ass show! I wish i would have seen this when it was on the television. I can’t believe that this show didn’t take off. It’s action packed, has some hot women in it, and the whole space cowboy thing has always been cool to me.

Now im off to watch the season premier of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I just love me some Terminator!

Having children has brought lots of new TV watching opertunities. Now, instead of getting to fill my downtime with shows like 24, My Name is Earl or any of the plethora of shows on the DIY Network. I get to watch shows like Little Einsteins, and Backyardigans.

The Backyardagains is not really a bad show. It has dancing, singing and good story lines. If you are one of the folks in the world without children i suggest you treat yourself to at least one episode.

The Boy likes to choose which character he is most like. It will come as no surprise if you have children that he wants to be Pablo. Pablo is the blue penguin that comes up with most of the ideals that they others play along with. I myself relate mostly to Tyrone, the red haired, orange moose. I just think he has the coolest attitude. He also wears no pants. Which if you were to know one thing about me. If i could go all day without pants, I would.
