Well my Xbox is on its way. I received the shipping box from Microsoft just yesterday. Yeah I was surprised also that I got it within a few days. But after looking at the tracking information I saw that it was coming from Kentucky which is a day ship time for UPS.

So after packing it up I brought it to work and put it in the pile of UPS pick ups and it will be shipped to them in Texas. After which I hope they do a quick turn around and i have it back by the next week. Will this happen? I doubt it

Meanwhile I will be fighting the withdrawal I am going to be going through being without my 360. Wish my family luck.

Well it was bound to happen.

My Xbox 360 has died. I thought i would be one of the lucky few that would go thru this world without having any trouble with the system. But I guess that wasn’t in the cards. For as of yesterday my faithful gaming system decided to eat its self.

This is how it went down. I came home from work. I played some Call of Duty 4 online for about a half an hour. After getting my ass handed to me by people that do anything but play this game online, I decided to cut the grass. After cutting the grass and getting the kids settled with The Wife, I wanted to play some more. But not this time. Because when I turned the system on I was given the three blinking light salute. Or as it is commonly referred to as RRoD (Red Ring of Death).

OH THE HUMANITY!!!

I tried everything to get it going again. But it just wouldn’t go. Unplugging it didn’t help, neither did trying a different outlet. It just wasn’t going to work.

So here I go to play, can you guess which country the person on the other side of the phone call is from?
